A TitlePLUS Mortgage-Only Policy¹

The TitlePLUS Mortgage-Only (Refinance) Program is available for conventional, high-ratio, lines of credit/collateral mortgages, and construction loans, up to $2 million. The residential property must be a condominium dwelling unit or a freehold parcel containing up to four dwellings.
