A TitlePLUS New Home Program Policy in Ontario

The TitlePLUS New Home Program is available for residential purchase transactions involving specific new home and condominium developments in Ontario. To view a list of the developments, click here.

In order for your lawyer to obtain a TitlePLUS New Home Program policy for you, the new home or condominium that you are buying must be registered in our New Home Program. Since we arrange the underwriting with the builder's lawyer, you will save money on disbursement costs. A TitlePLUS purchase policy covers the standard title related aspects of your deal PLUS the legal services* provided by your lawyer, all for a one-time premium!
