A TitlePLUS Purchase Policy1 Protection
We cover actual financial losses that you may suffer from title defects and/or your lawyer's legal services in the transaction. Your TitlePLUS policy insures you directly. If there is a problem with title or the services provided by your lawyer, you make a claim directly to us. If the claim is covered under the TitlePLUS policy, we either pay to fix the problem or we compensate you up to the full amount of the policy. We also pay the legal costs of defending the title if the matter ends up in court. You can be confident that your TitlePLUS policy will be valid for as long as you, or your heirs, own the property. You can get a TitlePLUS policy for these types of residential properties: new houses or condominiums, resale houses or condominiums, cottages, residential rental (up to 4 units), rural, farms,3 and leaseholds.3 Save Money
