For Home Buyers
How much does TitlePLUS title insurance cost and who pays for it? The home buyer, who is the individual insured under the policy, pays for the TitlePLUS policy. The premium is paid only once, when purchasing the property. However, the TitlePLUS policy continues to cover home buyers, their spouse or heirs for as long as any of these parties has an interest in the property. TitlePLUS title insurance offers very competitive pricing. For current pricing information in Ontario, please refer to the
Web-Based Policy Pricing sheet ( Please note that only TitlePLUS subscribing lawyers using our web-based delivery systems will be able to pass along the lower, published premiums to their home-buyer clients. LAWPRO and Insurance Brokers
