What is the TitlePLUS Program?
How much does TitlePLUS title insurance cost and who pays for it? The home buyer, who is the individual insured under the policy, pays for the TitlePLUS policy. The premium is paid only once, when purchasing the property. However, the policy continues to cover home buyers, their spouse and heirs as long as any of these parties has an interest in the property. For current pricing information, please refer to the
Web-Based Policy Pricing sheet ( Only subscribers who use the TitlePLUS Web-based delivery systems will be able to pass along the lower, published pricing to their clients. This pricing applies if the property is on municipal or private water/septic systems and/or the property is a condominium, freehold home, cottage, multi-unit dwelling, or registered with New Home Program on titleplus.lawyerdonedeal.com.1 1 Some restrictions may apply; call for pricing regarding farm and leasehold properties.
