What is the TitlePLUS Program?

How can I become a TitlePLUS Subscriber?

In Ontario, if no lawyer(s) in your firm are TitlePLUS Subscriber(s), you, as a lawyer,1 simply complete the TitlePLUS Ontario Subscription Agreement (pdf icon, size: 156KB) and return it to us for approval.

In Quebec, if you are the first notary/lawyer in your firm to become involved with the TitlePLUS Program, you simply complete a TitlePLUS Payment Options Agreement and return it to us for approval.2 Your area consultant will contact you to introduce him/herself and tell you more about our products.

In all other Canadian jurisdictions, if no lawyer(s) in your firm are TitlePLUS Subscriber(s), you, as a lawyer,1 simply complete the national version of the TitlePLUS Subscription Agreement (pdf icon, size: 236KB) and return it to us for approval.

Your area consultant will contact you to introduce him/herself and tell you more about our products. You must have Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat, as our programs are Web-based.

If any other lawyer(s) in your firm already subscribe to the TitlePLUS Program, please call us at 416-598-5899 or 1-800-410-1013.

Once you become a TitlePLUS subscriber, we will send you helpful information that you can use in your practice.

When firms sign a TitlePLUS Subscription Agreement they choose their method of payment for their policies. In order to ensure that changes to payment information are properly documented, please complete a Notice of Change of Payment Information form. This form will serve two purposes:
   1. It will allow lawyers to advise us in writing when they are changing/updating their payment information;
   2. It will allow the firm to have multiple forms of payment and choose which payment type applies to which lawyer(s).

1 Only lawyers in good standing with the Law Society are allowed to subscribe to the TitlePLUS service.
2 Only notaries in good standing with the Chambre des notaires du Québec and lawyers in good standing with the Barreau du Québec are allowed to become involved with the TitlePLUS Program.
