TitlePLUS was developed for, and is currently available only through, real estate lawyers in all provinces and territories.¹ More than 4,200 lawyers participate in the TitlePLUS automated, on-line insurance system, but any lawyer in good standing may apply for TitlePLUS coverage for his/her clients by phone, fax or e-mail.
