A TitlePLUS New Home Program Policy in Ontario

The TitlePLUS New Home Program is available for residential purchase transactions involving specific new home and condominium developments in Ontario. To view a list of the developments, click here.

In order for the purchaser's lawyer to obtain a TitlePLUS New Home Program policy, the new home or condominium that your client is buying must be registered in the TitlePLUS New Home Program. Since we arrange the underwriting with the builder's lawyer, your client will save money on many disbursement costs. A TitlePLUS purchase policy covers the standard title related aspects of the deal PLUS the legal services* provided by the lawyer, all for a one-time premium.
