For Real Estate Professionals
How much does TitlePLUS title insurance cost and who pays for it? The home buyer, who is the individual insured under the policy, pays for the TitlePLUS policy. The premium is paid only once, when purchasing the property. However, the policy continues to cover home buyers, their spouse or heirs, for as long as any of these parties has an interest in the property. TitlePLUS offers very competitive pricing. For current Ontario pricing information, please refer to the
Web-Based Policy Pricing sheet ( These premiums apply regardless if the property is on municipal or private water/septic systems and/or the property is a condominium, freehold home, cottage, multi-unit dwelling, or is registered with titleplus.LawyerDoneDeal.com.1 For properties outside Ontario, please contact TitlePLUS Customer Service at 1-800-410-1013. 1 Some restrictions may apply; call us for premiums regarding farm and leasehold properties.
