Leasehold Policies in Ontario and Nunavut

A TitlePLUS title insurance policy is available through a real estate lawyer to insure residential leasehold properties in Ontario and Nunavut, up to $2 million. These can include leasehold interests in residential communities, mortgages of leasehold titles, and leasehold title assignments.
