Residential Mortgage-Only (Refinance) Policies
A TitlePLUS Mortgage-Only (refinance) policy is available through a real estate lawyer for conventional, high-ratio, lines of credit/collateral mortgages, and construction loans, up to $2 million.
A residential mortgage-only policy offers all the benefits of TitlePLUS coverage, including both title and legal services coverage (excluding OwnerEXPRESS® policies and Québec policies) for the mortgage lender only. A mortgage-only policy is available for these types of residential properties:
- houses
- condominiums
- cottages
- residential rental (up to 4 units)
- vacant land, and
- rural

A TitlePLUS policy offers affordable protection and unlike other types of insurance, the premium is paid only once.
